Journeys End in Lovers’ Meeting

Luke has never held a conversation with a woman — let alone flirted — so this date is going to be a challenge. Hell, he’s not even sure that this is a date! And now he has to wear a stupid scarf that challenges his already fragile masculinity!? Dating in New York is a nightmare. Unless, he can overcome his shyness and turn this not-date around.
Because we were filming in Central Park, on the iconic Bow Bridge nonetheless, the cast and crew of this short started filming at daybreak for four freezing February mornings. Every dawn, the early morning risers never failed to interrupt filming. For example, a couple stopped us mid scene to ask if we were with Law and Order: SVU, and another man later accused our set of operating as a wing of the surveillance state.
Though we weren’t working for SVU or a surveillance state, we did make a cute romcom.
